Fast Break Web Co (“we,” “us”) builds websites for local small businesses. This policy explains what information we collect on fastbreakwebco.com and how we use it.

- Information you send us. If you use our “Request a free preview” form, we receive your name, business name, email or phone number, and any message you write.
- Basic technical data. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may process standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages requested to deliver and secure the site.
How we use it
- To respond to your request and contact you about a free website preview or our services.
- To build, send and follow up on a preview for your business.
- To operate, secure and improve our website.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Who processes it for us
Form submissions are delivered through Formspree and arrive in our email. We use Cloudflare to host the site and Google Workspace and HubSpot to manage email and customer records. These providers handle information only to provide services to us, under their own privacy terms.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry information for as long as we are talking with you or doing business together, and for a reasonable time afterward for record keeping. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing [email protected].
Our sample websites
The free preview sites we build for businesses are labeled samples, are not indexed by search engines, and do not collect visitor information. Any forms on them are demonstrations only.
Children
Our site is for business owners and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
