Cancellation & Refund Policy

This page summarizes how cancellation and refunds work for Fast Break Web Co website clients. Your signed Service Agreement controls if anything differs.

How to cancel

Email [email protected] with your business name and the date you want service to end, or ask us for our Cancellation Request form. We need 30 days’ written notice. We will confirm your last day of service and anything owed in writing.

Option 1: $500 setup, then $95/month

The $500 setup fee is due before work begins and is non-refundable once work has begun. After that, service is month-to-month and you can cancel any time with 30 days’ notice.

Option 2: $145/month for 10 months, then $95/month

You can cancel any time with 30 days’ notice. If you cancel before the $500 setup has been fully paid through your monthly payments, the unpaid part becomes due on your last day of service. It is $500 minus $50 for each monthly payment you have made.

Option 3: $120/month for 12 months, then $95/month

This option has a 12-month commitment ($1,440 total). If you cancel during the first 12 months, the remaining months of that term become due, unless we materially fail to provide the contracted services and do not fix the problem within 30 days of your written notice. After 12 months it continues month-to-month at $95 and you can cancel with 30 days’ notice.

Refunds

Fees already paid are not prorated or refunded, including for a partial month. If we cancel without cause during an Option 2 or Option 3 initial term, you will not owe the unpaid setup balance or remaining term balance.

Your domain and content

You own your domain name and the content you provide. After cancellation and payment of any amounts due, we will help you receive your content and transfer your domain.
